We start by reviewing your current phone systems setup so we can understand how you currently manage inbound and outbound calls, and how this fits with your usual business operations. This can be done by phone and email initially, but we find it most effective to visit our customers premises (if they have one) to see it all in action when possible.
Once we understand how your business operates, we can suggest improvements to how your customers reach you by phone, how your team handle your calls and stay connected to any remote workers and give you overall visibility on how your team is performing on the phone. We’ll also strive to save you some money too.
Our dedicated account managers will provide you with a quote that will detail all the costs and what happens next should you wish to proceed. They’ll also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to confirm user contact details, groups and departments and how you want your calls to flow. We will manage the migration of your internet connectivity and phone lines to us from start to finish. You will likely wish to keep your existing numbers, so we’ll manage the porting of them over to our network too and then configure your new phone system to handle your calls better for you.
When the migration is due to complete we’ll need to configure your phones for you. You may have existing phones you want to use and as our platform is compatible with all the most popular phone manufacturers straight out of the box, we can automatically provision them with the settings required to access our platform. If the purchase of new phones is necessary, we have negotiated some of the best rates available and can assist with introducing you to asset finance companies should you wish to spread the cost of your hardware purchase.
